Cara W.

Cara W. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cara started their career as a Research Analyst at J. Robert Scott, Fidelity Investments in 2008 and worked there for two years. Cara then moved on to John Snow, Inc. (JSI) where they held multiple finance roles, including Finance Manager for USAID | DELIVER, Malaria and Senior Finance Officer for AIDSTAR-One. After JSI, they joined GC Investment Management LLC as a Credit Analyst and later became an Associate Director in Portfolio Management. In 2018, they joined Silicon Valley Bank as a Vice President in Credit Solutions. Cara then worked as a Management Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting before founding Sharenthood (formerly MamaCita App) in 2019. At Sharenthood, they served as the Founder until 2023. That same year, they joined Golub Capital as a Vice President in Reporting and Analytics. Cara W. also worked as a Senior Valuation Analyst at Lenticular Financial Advisors before their current role.

Cara W. completed their high school education at Antilles School. After graduating from high school, they attended Wellesley College from 2004 to 2008. At Wellesley College, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree and majored in Sociology with a focus on Pre-Medical Studies.
