Chi Hoang

Chi Hoang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career at Fluor as a Project Business Analyst from 2008 to 2011. After this, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Finance Associate from 2011 to 2013. Following that, Chi Hoang worked at BlackRock as a Compensation Specialist from 2013 to 2015. They then returned to Morgan Stanley and held the position of Director - Business Analytics & Compensation from an unknown start date until September 2018. Chi Hoang then joined Golub Capital as a Compensation Manager from September 2018 to July 2019, before being promoted to the role of Head of Compensation, a position they currently hold since August 2019.

Chi Hoang completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, with an end year of 2008.
