Jay Yin

Jay Yin has a strong background in technology and data application engineering. Jay is currently working at Golub Capital as the VP of Technology Solutions since March 2018. Previously, they worked at comScore, Inc. for 12 years, starting as a Survey Programmer and eventually becoming the Director of Data Application Engineering. Before that, they spent four years at NORC at the University of Chicago, where they worked as a Senior Analyst in Data Services and a Programmer Analyst.

Jay Yin attended Peking University from 1987 to 1991 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics and Psychology. Jay then went on to pursue graduate studies at the University of Chicago from 1994 to 1998, working towards a Master of Arts and Ph.D. (ABD) in Biopsychology. In addition to their formal education, Jay has obtained certifications in data analysis and programming, including Microsoft: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from Microsoft in February 2017, and SAS Certified Advanced Programmer and SAS Certified Base Programmer from SAS in October 2005.
