Karen Lee

Karen Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karen started their career at Electronic Data Systems Corporation as a Systems Engineer Consultant where they designed and developed a Waitlist Module for a flight reservation system. Karen then moved on to Frankel & Co. as a Programmer Analyst on the PeopleSoft HRMS and Financial Application Team. After that, they joined Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Systems Analyst of the PeopleSoft Global Human Resources Team.

In 2011, Karen joined Boeing as the Team Lead of Financial Consolidation and Reporting Systems. Karen was responsible for managing the implementation of major systems enhancements, application upgrades, and tools updates. Karen also worked on special projects such as Enterprise Financial Consolidation Rehost and Automate Backlog process for Boeing Defense UK Limited. During their time at Boeing, they reported directly to Directors of Finance Accounting and senior management.

Currently, Karen is working at Golub Capital as the Project Manager/PMO for the Front Office Technology department. In this role, they conduct monthly governance reviews across high-tier projects, standardizes project principles, performs budget reviews, assesses schedules, and manages risks. Karen works closely with senior leadership and scrum masters on high-profile projects with varying durations and budgets.

Karen Lee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies between 1994 and 1998.
