Troy Oder

Troy Oder has over 26 years of experience in finance and business development. Troy began their career as a Manager at Arthur Andersen in 1994, where they worked until 1999. Troy then joined FleetBoston Financial as a Business Development Officer, a role they held until 2002. From 2002 to 2008, Troy worked at Merrill Lynch Capital as a Director. Since 2008, they have been a Managing Director at Golub Capital, a leading direct lender and credit asset manager. Troy specializes in providing financing solutions to companies backed by private equity sponsors, and their expertise has contributed to Golub Capital's impressive growth and success.

Troy Oder obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Troy attended this school from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Woodruff High School in Peoria, IL, from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Troy Oder holds a Certification as a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained in August 1995 from The Board of Examiners at the University of Illinois.
