Vanessa Le has over 13 years of experience in talent management, executive coaching, and organizational development. Vanessa is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management at Golub Capital since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Coach and DEI Consultant at their own company, Vanessa Le, from January 2015 to November 2022.

Previously, Vanessa held various leadership roles. Vanessa was the VP, Head of Talent Management & Executive Coach at Tinuiti from February 2020 to June 2022, where they founded a department and executed talent management initiatives. Vanessa also worked as a Senior Partner in Talent Development at The Wall Street Journal from March 2016 to February 2020, establishing executive coaching and development practices.

Vanessa's experience also includes being the Global Talent Management Manager at Avon in 2015, the Global Organizational Development Manager at Momentum Worldwide from 2010 to 2015, and the Global Learning & Organizational Development Specialist at McCann Worldgroup from 2011 to 2013.

Vanessa started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at the New York City Economic Development Corporation in 2010 and briefly worked as a Talent Management professional at Saks Fifth Avenue in 2009.

Vanessa Le's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Fordham University. Vanessa also attended the University of Liverpool for further studies, but the degree obtained is not specified.
