Jessi DeNaut has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Manager, Maitre D', New Store Opening Trainer, and Co-Conspirator at Searsucker - Hakkasan LTD. Jessi worked their way up to Manager and Maitre D' and joined the opening team for the second location in Del Mar, California.

In 2015, they joined HotSchedules as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they managed a large portfolio of brand accounts, ensuring impeccable account management, providing usage analytics, managing retention, and upselling/partnering on new solution rollouts. Jessi then moved onto roles such as Senior Account Executive, Senior Strategic Account Manager, and Manager, Customer Success (Enterprise Team).
