Polly Cash

Polly Cash, PHR, currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at Olo since May 2023 and has been the Human Resources Director at AArete since February 2018, where previous roles included Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at Strive Logistics, where responsibilities included account management for Quaker Oats, problem-solving, and price negotiations. Additionally, Polly held a marketing internship at QlikTech, served as a server at Oak Street Beach Food and Drink, and worked as an Assistant Manager and Lifeguard at Olympia Fields Country Club. Polly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Minor from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2012.
