Malik Dent

Malik Dent, MSHRM, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various business partner roles. Currently serving as a People Business Partner for Go-to-Market at Motive since November 2024, Malik has previously held positions at Outreach, including People Business Partner and Associate People Business Partner, from January 2022 to November 2024. Prior experiences include working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon and as a Human Resources Generalist at Dyson. Malik began a career in human resources at Target, progressing from Sales Associate to Executive Team Leader Human Resources over eight years. Malik holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
