Yuyan Sun

Yuyan Sun is a seasoned professional in People Analytics with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Yuyan serves as the Head of People Analytics at Motive, leading the establishment of the function. Previously, Yuyan held roles such as Head of People Insights and Analytics at ServiceTitan, where a multi-year vision and strategic roadmap were developed. Initial analytics contributions were made at McKinsey & Company as a Data Analyst, driving strategic projects and technical transformations. Yuyan's career began at Cummins Inc. as a People Analytics Specialist, supported by earlier positions that included roles in human resources and research at Purdue University and Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC. Yuyan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University and a degree from Colorado State University.
