Aileen Li

Aileen Li, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Academic Partnering and Asset Acquisition at GondolaBio since October 2025. Previously, Aileen held the position of Principal Scientist at Arsenal Biosciences, Inc. for a brief period in 2025 and at Lyell Immunopharma from September 2020 to January 2025. Aileen began a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco in January 2018, following a postdoctoral researcher role at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University in 2017. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Sciences in Bioengineering from Harvard University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Aileen's early career involved research and engineering roles, including a co-op engineer position at Sanofi.
