Barbara Lovejoy, SHRM-CP, PHR, pursued their post-secondary education at the University of Southern Maine from 1985 to 2007. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Leadership Organizational Studies. In addition to their academic achievements, Barbara has acquired various certifications to enhance their professional profile. In 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and also achieved the same designation from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Furthermore, in 2015, Barbara obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of human resources.
