Lauren Harmon has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Lauren worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for guest check-in and check-out, reservations, payroll adjustments, and providing information to guests. Lauren conducted interviews and trained new hires during their time at the company. From 2015 to 2016, Lauren worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. In 2018, they became a National Account Coordinator at Travel Team USA, before transitioning to Group Sales Manager roles at Widewaters Hotels and Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford from 2019 to 2020. Lauren then joined GoNetspeed, initially as a Customer Service Specialist from 2021 to 2022, transitioning to a Customer Service Lead from 2022 to 2023, and currently, they hold the position of Customer Advocacy and Continuous Improvement Manager.

Lauren Harmon obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Hospitality and Service Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Lauren attended the university from 2013 to 2015.
