Zack Lam has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as an Auditor for Gong Cha USA since August 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health protocols and SOP procedures across franchise locations. Previous roles at Gong Cha USA include Barista, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and team communication, and Assistant Manager, where Zack managed store operations and staff scheduling to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance. In addition to work at Gong Cha, Zack has been a self-employed Freelance Photographer since 2013. Zack holds an Associate of Arts degree in Photography from West Valley College and a High School Diploma in Fine/Studio Arts from Piedmont Hills High School.
