Alon Har-El

Alon Har-El has extensive experience in the field of software engineering. Alon is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Gong since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Yahoo from July 2019 to July 2022, where they played a crucial role in replacing the cache mechanism and enriching the video's ingestion process in a K8S environment. Before Yahoo, they worked at Heed, LLC as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2017 to July 2019. Alon also has experience working as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2013 to 2017. Alon started their career at HP as a Java Developer in 2008, where they monitored application performance, developed the DAL layer, and managed a team of overseas developers. Prior to their time at HP, they worked as a Software Engineer at RiT Technologies from 2006 to 2008 and as a C++, .NET Developer at Tecnomatix / UGS from 1999 to 2006.

From 1996 to 1999, Alon Har-El attended Bar-Ilan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Their primary field of study was Computer Science, while Mathematics served as their secondary field of study.
