Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer at Gong

Brenner Lima has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Customer Support Agent at Convergys, specializing in Portuguese and English customer support. In 2015, they joined Voxpro as a Technical Support Agent and later transitioned to the role of Executive Care Relations & Social Media, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Brenner worked at Wix.com, first as a Customer Support Expert and then as a Wix Restaurants Product Support Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Gong as a [Enterprise] Technical Support Engineer (EMEA), starting in January 2022, and they have recently been promoted to the position of Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer in August 2023.

Brenner Lima completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law from Estácio in the year 2012. Prior to that, they attended Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal de Sergipe from 2003 to 2010 for their high school education. In terms of additional certifications, Brenner obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2017 and a Program Manager Launch Certification from Gong in March 2023.
