Prior to this role, Chris worked as an Acting General Counsel at Bifone Law Group PLLC, Corporate Counsel Solutions PLLC, and as the Principal at Beacon Law Advisors, PLLC. With vast experience in corporate law, securities, and licensing, Chris has also held positions at JPMorgan Chase, Washington Mutual Bank, and Onvia. Chris holds a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
