Christopher Fernandez

Christopher Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christopher is currently working at Gong as a Senior Manager in Success Business Systems. Prior to that, they were a Business System Manager at Gong. Christopher has also worked at Gain Grow Retain as a Member and was a Founding Member at BreakoutCS.

In the past, Christopher worked at KeepTruckin as a Manager in both Customer Success Programs and Customer Onboarding. Christopher has also held managerial positions at Elation Health, where they were in charge of Customer Operations and served as a Senior Implementation Manager. Christopher's earlier experience includes roles at Practice Fusion as a Senior Implementation Specialist, Inside Sales Representative, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Christopher began their career at ServiceSource as a Senior Sales Representative.

Before entering the business world, Christopher worked in the nonprofit sector as a Research and Policy Coordinator at Urban Justice Center and as a Housing Coordinator/Executive Assistant at Sojourner House Inc. Christopher has demonstrated strengths in managing teams, implementing new systems, and providing customer support.
