Dáire McNamara has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Dáire began their career at Davy Stockbrokers as an intern before moving on to FTI Consulting in the same capacity. Dáire then joined the Marketing Development Programme as a Marketing Advisor and later worked as a Sales & Marketing Executive at Mercer Accommodation Group.

Dáire transitioned to a Business Development Associate role at Kaplan Professional (Australia) before joining AIB as an Analyst in Deposits Strategy & Implementation in their Business Banking division. Dáire then moved to AIB Wealth Management as an Analyst before returning to AIB as an Assistant Relationship Manager in AIB Private Banking. Here, they supported multiple relationship managers and managed the end-to-end credit process.

In 2016, Dáire became an Assistant Manager at AIB Growth Incubator, and in 2017, they joined LinkedIn as a Global Customer Success Manager for their Sales Solutions business, responsible for client success in the EMEA region. Dáire was later promoted to Regional Account Manager and then Senior Regional Account Manager for Global Accounts in the EMEA and LATAM regions, consistently performing among the top three representatives. Finally, Dáire joined Gong as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they help companies leverage customer interactions for revenue growth.

Dáire McNamara completed their Leaving Certificate at Blackrock College in 2005. Dáire went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics at the University of Galway from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, Dáire attended the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Marketing Practice in 2010. In 2012, they pursued further education at IOB and obtained a QFA certification in 2013. Dáire also showcased their commitment to professional development by obtaining additional certifications, including Strategic Negotiation from LinkedIn in October 2020, Learning GDPR from LinkedIn in May 2018, and Dynamics 365: Set Up the LinkedIn Sales Navigator Integration from LinkedIn in September 2017.
