Dor Shemer

Dor Shemer has a robust background in software engineering, beginning a career as a Software Developer at the Israeli Ministry of Defence from 2002 to 2007. Following this role, Dor served as a Senior Software Engineer at peerTV from 2007 to 2008, transitioned to freelance work as a Software Engineer and Web Developer until 2010, and then worked as a Backend Developer at Everything.me from 2010 to 2013. Dor further advanced skills as a Full Stack Developer at Flytrex between 2014 and 2015, before co-founding ONDiGO and taking on the role of CTO until the company's acquisition by Gong.io in April 2018. Since joining Gong in 2018, Dor has progressed to the positions of Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer, demonstrating significant leadership and technical expertise throughout the career trajectory.
