Ido Shapira

Ido Shapira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in speech research and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Researcher at Gong since June 2025, Ido previously held the position of Speech Scientist at GM Advanced Technical Center during a tenure from July 2018 to May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Speech Researcher and Software Engineer at Verint from 2004 to June 2018, and as a Software Engineer at both Terayon Communications (2000-2004) and Radwiz (1998-2000). Ido holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Computer Science and Economics, all earned from Tel Aviv University between 1997 and 2006.
