Jeff Black

Jeff Black is currently the Director of Sales Engineering at Gong, where the mission is to unlock reality to help people and companies reach their full potential. Prior to this role, Jeff held positions at Salesforce and Tableau Software in the field of solution engineering for the financial services industry. With a background in business analytics and data strategy, Jeff has also worked at PNC Financial Services Group and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. As an independent consultant, Jeff started a consulting practice focused on digital customer experience. Jeff's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
