Levy Sinyor has extensive work experience in customer success roles. They most recently worked at Gong as a Senior Strategic CSM. Prior to that, Levy worked at Pluralsight as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager. They also held roles at Trifacta as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Waterline Data as a Manager of Customer Success, LinkPoint360 as the Head of Customer Success, The Media Services Group as a Senior Executive/Customer Success Lead, and E-Tabs as a Senior Executive.

Levy Sinyor's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 2021 to 2023, Levy attended Florida International University and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, Levy studied at Middlesex College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management.

In 2014 to 2015, Levy attended Gainsight Customer Success University to enhance their knowledge in Customer Success Management, although no specific degree was obtained. Earlier, from 2007 to 2010, Levy pursued a degree in Music Production at ICMP - The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.

Apart from formal education, Levy has also obtained several certifications. In May 2022, Levy achieved the Program Manager Launch Certification from Gong. In August 2019, Levy obtained the Strikedeck Certified Expert certification from Strikedeck, a Medallia company, as well as the Trifacta Wrangler Certification from Trifacta. Additionally, in May 2017, Levy became a Community Advisory Board Member at SuccessHacker.
