Nelly Freid

Nelly Freid has a comprehensive work experience in the field of engineering and quality assurance. Nelly is currently working as a QA Automation Engineer at Gong, where they utilize the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform to analyze customer interactions and provide insights for revenue and go-to-market teams.

Prior to this, Nelly held multiple roles at SAP. Nelly started as a Software QA Engineer at Business Layers, LLC in 2001 and then joined CA Technologies as a Quality Assurance Team Lead in 2005. At SAP, they completed an internship as a UX designer and later transitioned to the role of Senior QA Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring product quality, executing test plans, conducting regression tests, mentoring new employees, and collaborating with various development functions. Nelly also worked as a Developer in the pre-sales team and as a Frontend Developer at SAP.

With a solid background in quality assurance and engineering, Nelly's work experience demonstrates their expertise and versatility in software development and testing.

Nelly Freid's education history began in 1996 when they enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Nelly pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Literature, with a focus on English and French. Nelly successfully completed their undergraduate program in 1999. In 1999, they also attended John Bryce, where they pursued a Webmaster Course. After completing their studies at John Bryce in 2000, Nelly took a break from formal education for several years. In 2013, they attended Netcraft Academy for a short duration, where they studied Designing the User Interface and User Experience. Additionally, Nelly holds a certification from the ISTQB Certification Institute in ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing.
