Oron Cohen

Oron Cohen has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and frontend development. Oron is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Gong since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ribbon Communications as a Frontend Team Leader and Tech-leader from October 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 5 engineers, led the transition to Angular 9 for ECI SaaS applications, and was responsible for designing and developing UI technology.

Before joining Ribbon Communications, Oron worked at Signals Analytics as a Frontend Tech-leader from November 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they led the UI technology based on Angular, integrated unit testing, and improved site performance for the entire company.

From December 2015 to November 2018, Oron worked at Webcollage as a Frontend Tech-leader. Here, they led the transition to SPA based on Angular technology, integrated unit testing, and updated existing code to enhance site performance.

Oron's career started at Artimedia in August 2013, where they worked as a Frontend Web Developer. Oron was involved in designing and developing CMS systems, relaunching responsive UI charts reports, and working with WCF services.

Throughout their career, Oron has gained expertise in technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, PrimeNG, mxGraph, VIS, Angular Material, D3, Bootstrap, Node.js, CSS3, HTML5, LESS, jQuery, YUI, Karma, Jasmine, JUnit, JavaScript, jQuery UI, Google Dev, Ajax, and WCF services.

Oron Cohen obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
