Roman Kurtsman

Roman Kurtsman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roman currently holds the position of Director of DevOps at Gong since March 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of DevOps at Cybereason from January 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Cybereason, Roman held multiple roles at Forescout Technologies Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Roman served as the Director of DevOps from August 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Centralized Engineering DevOps and Labs Director from January 2020 to August 2020. Roman also held the positions of Global Engineering Labs Director from April 2019 to January 2020 and Global Engineering Labs Manager from January 2017 to January 2020.

Roman has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and infrastructure. Roman previously worked at Verint as the DevOps and Infrastructure team lead from January 2015 to December 2016. Roman was also a System Engineering Team Leader from April 2011 to January 2015, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and managing various areas of expertise including labs, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automation processes.

Prior to Verint, Roman worked at Rontal as a System Engineering Team Leader from January 2010 to April 2011 and as a System Engineer from September 2007 to January 2010. Roman also has prior experience as a System Engineer at BQR from October 2004 to September 2007 and at Medic4All from December 2001 to June 2003. Roman started their career in electronics at IDF, where they served from 1997 to 2001.

From 2001 to 2005, Roman Kurtsman attended Bar-Ilan University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer (Hardware) Engineering.
