Romi Soffer

Romi Soffer has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Currently, Romi is employed as the Employer Branding Manager at Gong since November 2021. Before joining Gong, Romi worked at Intel Corporation from November 2019 to November 2021, where they held roles as the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Lead (SW Profiles) and the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Team Lead. Prior to that, Romi worked at K Logic Future Marketing from January 2017 to November 2019, holding positions as the Business Development Manager and the Client Solution Manager. Earlier in their career, Romi worked at McCANN Tech as the Customer Growth Manager from August 2015 to May 2017.

Romi Soffer pursued their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Business Administration and Tourism & Hotel Management.
