Ronak Shah

Ronak Shah began their work experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Cummins Inc. in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an IT Engineer Intern at Cisco Systems. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Cisco, initially as an Information Technology Engineer and later as the Information Technology Team Lead. During their time at Cisco, they designed and developed an Organizational Entity application, implemented RESTful Web Services using the Spring framework, and extracted data from Teradata and Oracle 11g into Hadoop using SQOOP.

In 2017, Ronak joined Insightly as a Solutions Engineer, where they worked until 2020. Ronak initially held the role of Solutions Engineer and later became a Senior Solutions Engineer.

In 2020, Ronak joined Tableau Software as the Lead Solutions Engineer, a role they held until 2022.

Currently, they are employed at Gong as a Staff Sales Engineer.

Ronak Shah has a strong educational background in computer science. Ronak completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2008 to 2011. Ronak then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Ronak Shah has obtained several certifications. Ronak is a Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, achieving this certification in March 2021. Ronak also holds the Tableau Server Administrator certification, obtained in January 2021, and the Tableau Data Steward certification, obtained in December 2020. Furthermore, they have achieved the Workato Automation Pro I and Workato Automation Pro II certifications from Workato, both obtained in October 2020.
