Sunny Huang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Sunny initially started their career as a Special Programs Coordinator at the Amy Biehl Foundation Trust in 2010, followed by a brief role as a Mandarin Instructor at MiLanguages in 2011. Later in 2011, they worked as a Sales representative at Mirabilis Advisory Pvt Ltd. In 2012, they participated in the Financial Management Program at GE Capital.

After that, Sunny held various positions at Monitor Deloitte from 2013 to 2015. As a Business Analyst, they played a pivotal role in launching Deloitte's proprietary insurance telematics solution called D-rive. Sunny conducted market sizing analyses, developed client profiles, facilitated partnership contracts, and managed a real estate transformation project for a global financial services firm.

Sunny then joined BloomReach in 2015 as a Strategic Engagement Manager and later as a Customer Success & Product Engagement Manager until 2017. In these roles, they managed revenue, developed strategic relationships with customers, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Sunny also provided feedback on products and raised technical issues to inform the product roadmap.

In 2018, Sunny joined Gong, where they initially served as a Customer Success Manager and later progressed to the role of a Strategic Customer Success Manager. During their tenure, they achieved notable accomplishments such as driving significant renewal and upsell revenue and earning the "Outstanding Gongsters" award in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Value Insights at Gong.

Additionally, Sunny is set to become a Co-Owner at The Click Studio in 2023.

Sunny Huang has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It is unknown when this degree was obtained. Additionally, Sunny Huang has attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Copenhagen Business School, but the degree names and fields of study for these institutions are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Sunny Huang has obtained a certification in SPIN Selling from Huthwaite SPIN Selling in April 2013.
