Cody Nilsen

Cody Nilsen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Talent Manager at the Public Library of Science (PLOS) since February 2023, Cody has also held multiple roles at Troi, including Talent Acquisition Manager, where support was provided to clients in meeting hiring goals and implementing processes. Prior experience includes managing recruitment for US expansion at PrimaryBid, building a US business development team for Lokalise, and supporting start-ups as a Technical Recruiting Manager at Alpha Ohmega Partners. Additional roles at Parker Aerospace and Urgenci involved managing talent acquisition strategies and improving recruitment efficiencies, respectively. Cody began a career in marketing and social media management at The Observer, demonstrating a diverse skill set complemented by a degree from Central Washington University.
