Meghan Ridgely

Meghan Ridgely currently serves as the Assistant to the Chief Diversity Officer and Office Manager within the Office of Inclusive Excellence at Gonzaga University, a role started in December 2023. Prior to this, Meghan held the position of Manager in the Dean's Suite and Faculty Support at Gonzaga University School of Law from April 2023 to December 2023, providing key support to the leadership team and fostering professional relationships. Meghan's extensive experience includes serving as the Chief Legal Administrative Manager at the Coconino County Attorney's Office, where oversight of civil and criminal legal support teams enhanced performance and training. Additional roles include Paralegal and Practice Manager at Keith A. Hammond, P.C., and Accounting Associate at Paradigm Tax Group. Meghan also has a background in merchandising and customer service from Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn, complemented by internships at Arizona State University focused on community arts education. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Arizona State University.
