ALECIA ERWIN is currently serving as Sr Director of Merchandise Planning at Good American, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, ALECIA was the Director of DTC Merchandising at TOMS from September 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included delivering assortments across eight categories, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and managing SKU life cycles for over 650 SKUs each season, significantly increasing DTC exclusive revenue from 10% to 30%. ALECIA's experience also encompasses various roles in merchandise planning and allocation at companies like Event Network, dd's Discounts, Kidrobot, Macy's Home Store, Hot Topic, and Nordstrom, demonstrating a strong track record in inventory management, financial planning, and sales forecasting. ALECIA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from Western Washington University, with additional education from Bond University and FIDM.
