Rashi Seth

Rashi Seth is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in operations, strategy, and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Good Business Lab since July 2022, Rashi previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Tattva Farms Pvt. Ltd., overseeing a greenfield FMCG project, managing supply chain relationships, and conducting risk assessments. Earlier roles include Workshop Coordinator at SEWA Bharat, Junior Researcher at Swaniti Initiative, and Founding Editor at The Stork, where Rashi led a student newspaper initiative. Rashi also contributed to enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Government of Andhra Pradesh as a Fellow. Rashi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International Relations from IE University, complemented by academic exchanges and a background in International Baccalaureate from UWC Mahindra College.
