Rushmika Nagpal

Rushmika Nagpal is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Good Business Lab since September 2023 and is also the Business Owner of Cocktail Candy since June 2022. Previously, Rushmika held the role of Senior Executive in Program Management for the 6E Rewards Program and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at IndiGo from January 2017 to September 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Assistant at The Oberoi Group from March 2014 to June 2015 and participating in the STEP (Systematic Training and Education Program) at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts from 2010 to 2013. Rushmika holds an Advanced Certification in Digital Marketing from MICA, an International Business Management degree from INLEAD, a diploma in Hotel Operations from The Oberoi Center of Learning and Development, a Bachelor's in Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and completed ICSE education at The Aryan School Dehradun.
