Matthew Kliff

Matthew Kliff is a seasoned professional in learning and training solutions, currently serving as Sr. Manager Learning Solutions at Good Eating Company since June 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Alaska Airlines from January 2017 to January 2022, where Matthew was the Director of Infight Training and Standards and Manager of Training Delivery for Airport Operations and Customer Service. Additionally, Matthew held the position of Manager of Learning Operations at Virgin America from January 2012 to January 2017, and served as Manager of Inflight Training at JetBlue Airways from June 2005 to January 2012. Early in Matthew's career, a role as Training Director at Boulder Creek Steaks & Saloon from June 1995 to January 2000 provided foundational experience.
