Heidi Tanner

Heidi Tanner has work experience at Good Energy and Boston Tea Party Cafes. At Good Energy, they held various roles including Home Squad & Ops Change Lead, Product Owner, Squad Lead, Remote Squad Lead (Secondment), Clean Energy & Billing Specialist, and Clean Energy Specialist. Heidi started working at Good Energy in March 2020 and is currently employed there. Prior to Good Energy, Heidi worked as a Barista at Boston Tea Party Cafes from February 2019 to August 2019.

Heidi Tanner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from The University of Sheffield from 2013 to 2017. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in French and Spanish from the University of Bristol. In terms of additional certifications, Heidi obtained a Mental Health First Aider certification in 2021 and is currently working towards certifications in Agile Project Management from APMG International and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, both to be completed in 2023.
