Francisco Carmona

Francisco Carmona is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and esports management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Comcast, Francisco oversees social media data stewardship and reporting for over 200 agents. Previously held roles include Senior Social Media Analyst and Digital Media Specialist at Comcast, where responsibilities involved optimizing social media metrics and supporting digital care operations. In the esports arena, Francisco is the Founder and CFO of Gaming Diasporas, managing event logistics and sponsorships, and has been a Tournament and Event Organizer for Texas Showdown Championships LLC since 2011. Additional roles include EVO KOFXV Game Lead and freelancing as an esports event manager since 2005. Francisco holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Data Science from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Ponce.
