Emily Elbert

Emily Elbert's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Finance Staff member for Governor Mel Carnahan's campaign. Emily served as a Deputy Finance Director for the U.S. Senate Campaign Committee from 1999 to 2000, Deputy Finance Director for the State Party Committee from 1997 to 1998, and Finance Assistant for the Gubernatorial Re-Election Campaign Committee in 1996.

In 2001, Emily became the Finance Director for U.S. Senator Jean Carnahan's re-election campaign, where they raised nearly $5M and became a top fundraising campaign among U.S. Senate Democrats in the 2001-2002 cycle.

From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Account Executive for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles. Emily then joined EMILY's List in 2003 as a Candidate Fundraising Advisor until 2009.

In 2009, Emily became the Finance Director for Robin Carnahan's U.S. Senate campaign, where they raised $12M and managed a team of six staff and fundraising surrogates.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Principal and Fundraising Consultant at Show-Me Fundraising Strategies, where they collaborated with campaign managers on multimillion-dollar budgets and developed successful fundraising strategies for candidates, political action committees, organizations, and issue-based committees.

Most recently, in 2021, Emily joined Good Information Inc. as the Assistant to the CEO and Operations Manager.

Emily Elbert attended Saint Louis University from 1991 to 1995. It is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued during their time at the university.
