Tolga Bilge currently serves as a Policy Researcher at ControlAI and a member of the Interim Secretariat at the Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI. In addition, Tolga is a Forecaster at Sentinel, focusing on catastrophic risks, and at the RAND Forecasting Initiative, enhancing understanding of complex global challenges through advanced forecasting. Tolga has also contributed forecasts at the Swift Centre and Samotsvety Forecasting, while being recognized as a Superforecaster with Good Judgment Inc, providing calibrated probability estimates on diverse topics such as geopolitics and the Covid-19 pandemic. Academically, Tolga holds a Master's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of Bergen and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.
