Joseph Marmolejo

Joseph Marmolejo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Joseph started their career as a General Laborer at Almar Construction from August 2013 to March 2018. Concurrently, they worked as a Photographer for Sanford Photography from June 2013 to August 2015 and DC Photography from June 2015 to August 2016.

In 2014, Joseph joined Humboldt State University as a Student Assistant from March 2014 to September 2016. During this time, they also took on leadership roles in Kappa Sigma Fraternity, serving as the Public Relations Chairman from April 2014 to April 2017, the Grand Master of Ceremonies (VP) from January 2015 to May 2016, and the A Greater Cause Chairman from September 2015 to December 2015.

Joseph then worked as a DJ/Utility Producer at 95.5 the BAY from September 2016 to January 2017. Joseph continued their media career at KCAA Radio, where they started as an intern, account executive, and board operator from May 2016 to September 2018.

From April 2018 to November 2022, Joseph joined Salon Success Academy as the Director of Marketing Communications. In this role, they were responsible for establishing department guidelines, implementing marketing strategies, managing social media, creating content, and various other marketing and communication tasks. Joseph also served as a Social Media Specialist at Salon Success Academy from April 2018 to May 2020.

Additionally, Joseph has experience in the photography industry as a contracted freelance photographer for Corina Marmolejo Photography since January 2013. Joseph has been involved in various photography projects, including weddings, sports events, family portraits, and more. Corina Marmolejo has been their lifelong mentor in photography.

Most recently, Joseph joined Good Karma Brands in October 2022 as a Marketing Facilitator.

Joseph Marmolejo completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism at Humboldt State University from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications related to sports marketing and ticketing essentials. In 2022, they received certifications in "Modern Ticketing Essentials: Beyond the Ticket," "Athlete Marketing Essentials: NIL Certification," "Crypto in Sports Essentials," and "Sports Marketing Essentials" from Front Office Sports.
