Jen Burrows

Jen Burrows is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Good Law Project since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing people management and learning functions aligned with the organization's culture. Additionally, Jen is a part-time CIPD Tutor at Blue Sky Professional Development UK, delivering Level 3 and 5 qualifications. Previously, Jen held various roles at the University of Essex Students' Union, including People, Engagement and Development Manager and Human Resources Manager, spanning over a decade, and served as Learning & Development Manager prior. Jen's career began as a Lecturer at Colchester Institute from 2003 to 2006.
