Bryan Rocks is a Senior Talent Consultant at ORS Partners since February 2022, specializing in outsourced recruitment solutions focused on client growth. Prior roles include Team Lead/Senior Talent Consultant for Red Robin, and Senior Talent Consultant for Pilot - A Maersk Company and QualTek. Bryan has extensive experience as Director of Talent Acquisition at ROCKS CONSULTING LTD, and as Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Additionally, Bryan served as Military Recruitment Program Manager at TruGreen, where a significant reduction in time and cost per hire was achieved.
