Stephanie Fields began their career as a Registered Dietitian at Columbia New York Presbyterian in 1991. stephanie then started their own nutrition consulting business, Office of Stephanie Fields, R.D., in 1993. In 1994, they became a Nutrition Consultant at Canyon Ranch and also founded Healthy Palate. In 1999, Stephanie joined Josie's, Citrus, Josephina & Better Burger Restaurants, NYC as their Marketing Director. Here, they were part of the executive management team, developing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, events, online marketing and public relations initiatives. In 2012, Stephanie co-founded Good Life Project, where they serve as Chief Experience Officer. In this role, they conceive, develops, and manages live programming, trainings and events, and oversees all major touch-points with their community, clients and partners.
Stephanie Fields graduated from New York University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, which they obtained between 1986 and 1990.
