Penny Whitelaw has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Penny recently joined Good On You as the Head of Enterprise, where they help fashion innovators like Farfetch, Klarna, Yoox-Net-a-Porter, and Microsoft by providing sustainability information to their customers. Prior to this, Penny served as the Head of Growth at SCIRCULA for five and a half years. Penny also held the role of Vice President of Sales at Le Collectionist for a year. Earlier in their career, Penny worked as the Director of Client Service at Solterbeck and held various positions at BI Worldwide, including National Sales Director and General Manager. Penny also worked as a Business Development Manager and Client Relationship Manager at CiEvents. Penny gained valuable sales and marketing experience as a Sales Manager at Peter Rowland and a Marketing Manager at Angelucci's. Additionally, they spent five years as a Chef in the Super Yacht Industry, working on luxury vessels across multiple regions.

Penny Whitelaw has a diverse education history. In 1998-1999, they attended Varsity College, where they studied Marketing, PR, and Communications. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Penny enrolled at The Culinary Institute of America, focusing on French Culinary Art. In 2015, they furthered their knowledge of French culinary and language arts by attending the Institut catholique de Paris and the Alliance Française de Paris. Continuing their education, Penny participated in Collider's business program for innovative impact-driven tech businesses in 2019-2020. Furthermore, they joined Tech2Impact, where they focused on helping founders build and scale impact tech businesses.
