Brett Capanna

Brett Capanna has extensive experience in warehouse operations and management. Brett currently holds the position of Warehouse Operations Manager at Good Pair Days, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ALSPEC as a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager from March 2020 to September 2021. Brett also spent a significant portion of their career at CHEP, where they held various roles including Operations Supervisor from November 2013 to March 2020, 2IC - Operations from September 2011 to November 2013, and Robotics Machine Operator from October 2008 to March 2012.

Brett Capanna completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations with a focus on Supply Chain & Logistics at Western Sydney University from 2014 to 2017. In 2014, they also obtained a Statement of Attainment in Workforce Development and Training from MWT Institute. Additionally, Brett has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Note-Taking for Business Professionals, SAP ERP: Beyond the Basics, and Supply Chain Foundations, all from LinkedIn in January 2020. Brett also holds a Principles and Applications of HACCP certification from SAI Global obtained in June 2018 and a Certificate III in Print Manufacturing from TAFE NSW obtained in March 2006.
