Heather Horton

Heather Horton has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience ranging from being a Recruiting Manager to a Director of Global Recruiting. With a BA in History from the University of Washington, Heather has worked in various industries including technology, biotech, and pharmaceuticals. Currently, Heather serves as the Head of Talent and Lead Talent Partner at Good Party, as well as a Lead Talent Partner at Matchr, where Heather leads recruiting efforts for both companies.
