Richard Moss has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Beginning in 1987, they worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Reckitt & Colman until 1991. Richard then moved on to Courage as a Marketing Manager from 1992 to 1993. Following that, they served as the Marketing Manager for Scott Ltd. until 1996. From 1996 to 1999, Moss worked as the General Manager (Marketing) at Manor Bakeries - RHM Foods. Richard then joined Rowland Communications as the Marketing Director from 1999 to 2000. Moss continued their career at Publicis Consultants, where they worked as the Managing Director from 2000 to 2007. After that, they became the Executive Vice President (EMEA) at Weber Shandwick from 2007 to 2008. Their most recent positions include Director, Managing Director, and ultimately Chief Executive at Good Relations from 2009 to the present day.
Richard Moss obtained a Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1987. Prior to that, they completed a BSc (Hons) in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University between 1984 and 1987. Richard is also a CIM FCIM Member, which they obtained from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in July 2021.
