Ruth Anne Rye and her husband became residents of Hemlock fifty years ago, raised four children, and pursued their professions. Grandparents of 10, they keep busy in and out-of-state attending a range of activities. Ruth Anne holds a Bachelor Degree as a Registered Nurse and remains active with infection prevention and control endeavors concentrating on long-term care. When Community Village was preparing to open for service, Ruth Anne assisted in developing the infection control program. Her heart for rescue ministries is a proud continuation of her dad’s volunteering in the 1920’s when he was a college and Bible school student in Los Angeles and Chicago.
