Bettina Dugan

Bettina Dugan is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on quality and staff education. Currently serving as the Quality and Staff Education Coordinator at Main Line Health HomeCare and Hospice since March 2016, Bettina previously worked as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at DCMH from September 2005 to February 2016. Educationally, Bettina holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Delaware, where studies spanned from 2006 to 2016. Bettina also earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Delaware County Community College, completing the program from 1979 to 1997.
