Michelle Yanche

Michelle Yanche is the current CEO at GOOD SHEPHERD SERVICES. Michelle has been with the company since October 2019 and in their current role since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as Incoming Executive Director from January 2016 to December 2019.

Yanche began their career with Good Shepherd Services as the Director of Public Policy from August 1993 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the agency’s public policy initiatives and for developing and implementing legislative and advocacy strategies at the local, state, and federal levels.

From January 2010 to September 2012, Yanche served as Director of Neighborhood Family Services Coalition, a citywide consortium of over 60 human service agencies. In this role, they oversaw the coalition’s work on behalf of its member agencies and their clients, which included advocating for increased funding for human services, improving access to services, and promoting best practices in the delivery of human services.

Yanche then served as Assistant Executive Director from September 2012 to January 2016 before being promoted to Associate Executive Director for Government & External Relations, a position they held until their current role as CEO.
